MailboxRadar ("we", "us", "our") is an email deliverability intelligence service operated by Media Technology Ltd. Our contact address is hello@mailboxradar.com.
Account data: name, email address, company name, and password (hashed with bcrypt).
Domain data: the domain names and DNS records you ask us to monitor.
Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We store only the last four digits of your card and your Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: log files, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, retained for up to 90 days.
Contact messages: if you use the contact form, we store your name, email, and message to respond to you.
We use your data to: provide and improve the service; send transactional emails (verification, password reset, alerts); respond to support requests; and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate MailboxRadar: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our transactional email provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we are required by law to keep it longer.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any right, email hello@mailboxradar.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use TLS for all data in transit, bcrypt for passwords, and AES-256 encryption for sensitive settings at rest. See our Security page for more information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by a notice on this page. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
